Linaro 11.05 Plan Reviews
Linaro's engineering plan for the 11.05 cycle, described in Cycles/1105/TechnicalTopics, are finalized; starting Monday 15th November 2010, we ran a daily phone call at 15:00 UTC to inform the public of these plans and officially kick off the engineering cycle. /Feedback collects feedback and suggestions on how the process ran.

Asking Questions and Call Backchannel
While participants will be muted on the calls themselves, questions can be asked through a number of channels:
IRC, at the #linaro-meeting channel (see GettingInvolved/IRC for details on how to connect)
Jabber, to the ID kiko667@gmail.com
Skype, to the ID kiko-async
Questions will be relayed to the call lead and he will answer on the call, and if necessary after the call, through email.

- Starting the call:
- Dial in 5 minutes early

- If you are the only presenter then dial *51 to turn on "lecture mode" and you will be the only person to speak, #51 will end lecture mode and allow others to speak again
- If there is more than one presenter then the leader should dial *5 to mute everyone and the other presenters should dial #6 to unmute.
- When *5 has been used to mute everyone else on the call, people joining from that point forward will also be on mute when they join
- *3 can be used to change entry/exit beeps (recording, beeps, silence)
- Use *33 to silence people joining/leaving the call
- When you are ready to start dial *2 to start recording the call. It will take up to 30 seconds for this to take effect, so wait until you hear that the recorder has joined.
- During the call:
- Participants muted, questions on irc.linaro.org or irc.freenode.net, #linaro-meeting
- Announce the slide numbers as you move through them
- *# can be used to get a count of how many people are currently on the call
- Stopping the call
- If you want to open up to voice questioned then dial #51 or #5 depending on what you dialed at the start.
- Dial *2 to stop the recording.
